If you purchase your happy birthday neon sign from Radikal Neon®, you automatically get a 2-year warranty that covers both electrical and construction components, such as AC plugs, dimmers, or transformers. Your warranty is valid from the day we ship it!

One of the benefits of our LED neon signs is their durability. Radikal Neon®, we build our signs to last up to 40,000 hours or almost 5 years! If overtime you notice the lights start to fade and switch off, it may be time to consider repairing your sign or purchasing a new one. However, if you hope to keep your sign running as long as possible, consider adding our wireless dimmer remote to your purchase at checkout. This way you can have a happy birthday with a neon sign that sets the mood for your event.

Traditional neon lights are almost taboo these days. Since they are more dangerous than practical for daily use, we use LED neon with Rad Super Mini LED neon instead. Since these lights are less hot and more efficient and durable, they are the superior option when it comes to neon party signs.

Of course! No matter what issue your neon sign is having, Radikal Neon® is here to help. If electrical or constructive components break down, your repairs could fall under your 12 month warranty. If there are other issues, we can still repair or replace your LED neon lights easily. However, if you were to go with a traditional sign, repairs could be far more expensive.

Traditional neon uses glass tubing which can be dangerous if they drop and shatter into a million pieces. However, our LED neon party signs are made with acrylic tubing which stays cool to the touch and uses a low 12V power draw. This means they are completely safe for guests of all ages.
