Our warranty comes with every indoor sign for free. From shipping, your neon sign is covered for 2 years. If there are electric issues with transformers or AC plugs, or construction trouble with dimmers or other parts, you can contact us and get a brand new neon sign for your coffee shop decor.

You can tell when it's time to replace your neon sign, as the LED lights will begin to slowly fade before switching off.

Traditional neon lights are not as eco-friendly as LED neon lights. Traditional neon is more like a vintage vinyl record–cool to collect, but not great for practical daily use. Since traditional neon signs use glass tubing with electrified neon or argon, LED is far more efficient. We use Rad Super Mini LED neon for our cafe signs, which is safer for indoor use since they are less hot, more power efficient, and far less delicate than traditional neon signs.

You will automatically get a 2-year warranty with your cafe signed purchase from Radikal Neon®, but when your LED neon sign needs repairs or replacement, we are here with cost-effective options. This is much different from making repairs to traditional neon signs which can be labor-intensive and costly.

You do not need to worry about getting hurt with our LED signs. Although traditional neon signs use glass tubing which can get hot and break if the tubes shatter or the sign gets dropped, our LED cafe signs only use 12V power. This means they will always be safe to the touch no matter how long you leave them on.
