Radikal Neon Returns Policy

Returns

Radikal Neon offers returns and refunds for faulty products. Radikal Neon will make every effort to resolve the issue and may fix, replace, refund, or partially refund the product.

On a case-by-case basis on discretion of Radikal Neon, faulty products within a 24 month period will be fixed, replaced or refunded.

  • Please note that we require both a video and photo(s) evidence for diagnostic and quality purposes. If you are unable to provide both, our ability to address the issue will be limited. Once we have received the necessary information, we will contact you to work towards resolving the problem.
  • Please note that you must return the faulty product in its original condition with all its original packaging.
  • If a full or partial refund has been agreed upon, Radikal Neon will let you know when you can expect to receive the refund.
  • For Buyer Remorse returns, Radikal Neon requires the sign to be returned within 7 days with the box unopened.
  • If you need to return an item, please contact us at hello@radikalneon.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Warranty

All of our signs built for indoor use include a 2-year warranty on the sign itself and its electrical components valid from the date of purchase (*2-year warranties apply to all indoor signs purchased from June 2023, all signs purchased prior to that sign carry our regular 1-year warranty.) All of our signs built for outdoor (exterior or exposed to water) use include a 1-year warranty on the sign itself and electrical components valid from the date of purchase.

Radikal Neon is not liable for any costs associated with the installation and/or uninstallation of your sign. In the unlikely event that your sign exhibits a pre-existing fault, we will request photos and videos for diagnostic purposes and may require the sign to be returned to us for replacement or repair. If you have chosen to have your sign installed and/or hardwired, Custom Neon is not responsible for any costs related to uninstalling and/or reinstalling the sign. Should an electrician hardwire your sign, determining whether the fault is covered under our two-year warranty will be at our sole discretion.

Our warranty only covers naturally occurring faults with our signs. Accidental, purposefully inflicted or misuse of the product is NOT covered under our warranty.

This warranty does not cover installation or reinstallation fees or costs associated with the installation or reinstallation in any shape or form. Including in the event of product defect.
